Shipping & Delivery


Charlie Swimwear offers shipping worldwide via Australia Post & Australia Post International. If your order was placed before 12pm AEST Monday - Friday it will be packaged and despatched the same day. However, if Charlie Swimwear is experiencing an overload of orders, delays may occur.

Once your package has been posted you will received an email verification of its lodgement with a tracking number if available.

If you have not received this please email our customer service department info@charlieswimwear.com and we will follow up on your delivery details for you.

Please note: that Australia Post and Charlie Swimwear do not operate on public holidays or weekends. Orders placed on these days will be processed the following business day.

Our online trading hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. We try our best to reply to your enquiries as soon as possible.

Australia Deliveries

Orders are despatched standard shipping method unless otherwise specified when placing order.

To be certain that your package will arrive promptly, we endeavour to post all orders the same day that they are received, provided that these orders are placed before 12pm AEST.

Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery.

If your package, for any reason is not signed for, it will most likely be delivered to your local post office for collection.

For standard shipping please allow up to 2-8 business days from the date your order is shipped.

For express shipping please allow up to 1-3 business days from the date your order is shipped.

The time-frames we have provided are not inclusive of any delays that may occur through customs processing, which are out of our control.

New Zealand Deliveries

For standard shipping please allow 7-10 business days from the date your order is shipped.

For express shipping please allow 2-6 business days from the date your order is shipped.

International Deliveries

All International orders are despatched via Australia Post International.

For Express International shipping please allow up to 3-6 business days from the date your order is shipped.

For Standard International shipping please allow up to 7-14 business days from the date your order is shipped.

Charlie Swimwear is not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes for international sales. It is suggested you contact your local customs department if you are unsure if any taxes or fees are relevant to you.

The cost of shipping your order is non-refundable.

Charlie Swimwear holds no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels or parcels delayed in transit.
