Charlie Swimwear offers shipping worldwide via Australia Post & Australia Post International. If your order was placed before 12pm AEST Monday - Friday it will be packaged and despatched the same day. However, if Charlie Swimwear is experiencing an overload of orders, delays may occur.
Once your package has been posted you will received an email verification of its lodgement with a tracking number if available.
If you have not received this please email our customer service department firstname.lastname@example.org and we will follow up on your delivery details for you.
Please note: that Australia Post and Charlie Swimwear do not operate on public holidays or weekends. Orders placed on these days will be processed the following business day.
